Having discussed the administrative regulation of the land and building register as well as procedural mechanisms for making records in section I of the mortgage register, the author continues to analyze the view of the doctrine on the legal importance of factual data in this section, divided according to their effect on the principle of public credibility and legal presumptions of the mortgage register.

Dies umfasst nicht nur die Bereiche der Fachsprachen und der Allgemeinsprache, sondern ebenso das Register der Berufssprache. Der Artikel liefert einen Überblick über bereits bestehende Definitionen und Modellierungsansätze des Registers Berufssprache und diskutiert vor diesem Hintergrund die Relevanz und das Potential einer Registermodellierung. Abschließend findet ein Ausblick auf die didaktische Anknüpfbarkeit von Berufssprache sowie auf ein laufendes Forschungsprojekt statt.
Communicativ skills play a crucial part in succesful professional acitivity. This includes not only technical language and everyday communication, but also job-related language. The present article provides an approach to the question of existing definitions of job-related language as an register. Also the question of characteristic aspects of job-related language will be discussed in this article. The article ends with an outlook on the didactic potential of modeling the job-related language register and on a current research project.

Opis:: The right of ownership is the broadest and one of the most basic property rights, which allows the owner to use and dispose of possessions without the participation of third parties. Therefore, the process of modernising the land and building register (MLBR) is extremely important considering, for example, that the data contained in this register is the basis for the subsequent calculation of public-legal obligations associated with the owned property, such as taxes. According to the current legislation, the data collected in the land and building register (cadastre) on the type of land use in combination with the soil classification of agricultural and forest land, the use of the property, its purpose and other information, are the basis for determining the agricultural, forest and real estate taxes by the competent authority. In Poland, in most cases, we have to deal with a situation in which the data appearing in the register differs from the actual state. Municipal budgets suffer losses because of this, and owners of properties of similar area and value sometimes pay completely different taxes. In this paper, the authors show a practical example of MLBR and the problems existed with it.

Opis:: Continuous economic development and expansion of urbanised land result in changes in land use. The rules of protection of arable and forest land, as well as reclamation and improvement of the useful value of land are regulated by the act of 3 February 1995 on the protection of arable and forest land with further amendments. The act particularly specifies the rules of changes in the purpose of arable and forest land, and rules of exclusion of arable and forest land from production. The change of purpose and exclusion of land from production are two basic legal instruments which must be considered by all entities planning for example conducting building investments on arable and forest land. The article presents the issue of the exclusion of arable land from production in the context of updates of land and building register. The scale of exclusions of land from production in Poland was determined. Detailed research was conducted in the Zwoleński poviat with agricultural character, located in the southern part of the Mazowieckie province. The analysis of the process of exclusion of arable land from production as well as changes in the structure of arable land use in the Zwoleński poviat in the years 2005-2014 was performed. The research employed report RRW-11 from the implementation of provisions on the protection of arable and forest land in the scope of exclusion of land from agricultural production, reclamation and management of land and resources, and exploitation of peat deposits. The structure of changes in arable land use was determined based on data from the land and building register obtained from the Poviat Office in Zwoleń. In the studied poviat, an evident increase in the area of developed and urbanised land was observed at the expense of arable land. Lack of systematic updates of the land and building register was also determined in the scope of data concerning the purpose of land in the study period.

Opis:: The aim of the paper was to present the possibility of processing cadastral data in order to obtain material that could serve as a valuable source of information in the analysis of the current state of records. The paper presents a methodology for processing cadastral data, which provides material that can be compared with data from the Land and Buildings Register (EGiB). The research area was the Niedzieliska cadastral precinct, located in the municipality of Szczurowa, in the Brzesko district, in the Małopolskie Voivodeship. Based on processed cadastral data and data contained in the EGiB database, the paper determines the differences in the area for 15 cadastral parcels. A comparison of the two records showed that cadastral data allow for analysis of the current state. The implemented methodology confirmed the usefulness of archived cadastral documentation in the analysis of the current state contained in the Land and Building Register. The analysis of the obtained results showed that the differences in the area of the cadastral state and the area of the cadastral parcels exceeded 10% in none of the cases, and the average difference did not exceed 0.0075 ha. The developed output material can be applied to detect discrepancies and differences between the source data and the current data contained in the EGiB. This makes it possible to identify areas where the causes of discrepancies need to be explained and the necessary corrections need to be made to remove the discrepancies.
Celem artykułu było zaprezentowanie możliwości przetworzenia danych katastralnych w celu pozyskania materiałów mogących stanowić cenne źródło informacji w analizie obecnego stanu ewidencyjnego. W pracy zaprezentowano metodykę przetwarzania danych katastralnych, aby otrzymać materiał porównawczy z danymi z bazy Ewidencji Gruntów i Budynków (EGiB). Obszarem badawczym był teren obrębu ewidencyjnego Niedzieliska, zlokalizowany w gminie Szczurowa, w powiecie brzeskim, w województwie małopolskim. W artykule na podstawie przetworzonych danych katastralnych oraz danych zawartych w bazie EGiB wyznaczono różnice powierzchni dla 15 działek ewidencyjnych. Porównanie dwóch stanów wykazało że danych katastralnych pozwalają na analizę aktualnego stanu. Zrealizowana metodyka potwierdziła przydatność archiwalnej dokumentacji katastralnej w analizie aktualnego stanu zawartego w Baza Ewidencji Gruntów i Budynków (EGiB). Analiza otrzymanych rezultatów wykazała że różnice powierzchni stanu ewidencyjnego i powierzchni parcel katastralnych nie przekroczył w żadnym przypadku 10%, a średnia różnica nie przekroczyła 0,0075 ha. Opracowany materiał wynikowy może zostać wykorzystany w detekcji rozbieżności i różnic pomiędzy danymi źródłowymi, a danymi aktualnym zawartymi w EGiB. Dzięki temu możliwe jest zidentyfikowanie obszarów gdzie należy wyjaśnić przyczyny powstałych rozbieżności oraz dokonać niezbędnych korekt, aby usunąć powstałe rozbieżności.

Opis:: Pseudorandom generators, which produce keystreams for stream ciphers by the exclusiveor sum of outputs of alternately clocked linear feedback shift registers, are vulnerable to cryptanalysis. In order to increase their resistance to attacks, we introduce a non-linear scrambler at the output of these generators. Non-linear feedback shift register plays the role of the scrambler. In addition, we propose Modified Alternating Step Generator with a non-linear scrambler (MASG1S) built with non-linear feedback shift register and regularly or irregularly clocked linear feedback shift register with non-linear filtering functions.

Opis:: The year 1989 was both in Poland and in many other European countries, which were in the sphere of the Soviet influences, the beginning of revolutionary changes: political, economie, social and cultural ones. They also influenced the Polish language of politics which has changed radically for the last 20 years. An important reason for a variety of styles and registers is the instability of the Polish political scene, the abundance of political parties, constantly forming new parliamentary groups and government coalitions, and the disappearance of the others. In the language of the contemporary politics the lexis is particularly extensive and includes thousands of words referring to the public life of the Poles. The major point of the article is the claim that the language of contemporary politics is getting poorer, loses its elegance and becomes more and more primitive. The author sees the reasons for this pauperization in the trends of contemporary culture. He shows the main features of the phenomenon: a turn towards commonness and informality, an emotionality of expressions, a hermetic vision of the world, an impossibility of a dialogue and an increase in populist attitudes.
