Opis:
For the successful development of the agricultural sector, one of the main tasks during the cultivation of agricultural crops is the rational use of land resources and obtaining the highest possible quality of products with low labor costs. The practical value of the scientific article lies in the improvement of the elements of the technology of growing soybean varieties that differ in groups of maturity. The development of ecological and economic technological parameters made it possible to ensure the seed yield, depending on the maturity groups of high-tech varieties, up to 2.91 t/ha with high production profitability. The object of researchinvolved the processes of growth, development and formation of the soybean seed crop, as well as its quality depending on the developed technological parameters. The subject of research comprised soybean varieties, pre-sowing treatment of seeds with a bacterial preparation and a growth regulator. It was determined that soybean belongs to the high-protein strategic agricultural crop of Ukraine and the world. Providing the population with protein food is a global problem, because the increase in population significantly exceeds the production of protein products. Soy, which is characterized by a rare chemical composition, plays an important role in solving this problem – its seeds contain 38–42% protein, 18–32% fat, 25–30% carbohydrates, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, many essential amino acids with a significant degree of solubility and nutrition. This feature has a positive effect on the environment and allows obtaining ecologically clean products. The cultivation of soybeans is of great agrotechnical importance, as it is a good precursor for the cultivation of the vast majority of agricultural crops. However, the determining factor for obtaining a high yield of soybeans is the variety. On the basis of the research results, their economic analysis and with the aim of growing high soybean yields at the level of 2.91 t/ha, the agro-forming of the right-bank forest-steppe of Ukraine recommended sowing the intensive soybean variety Sandra – carrying out pre-sowing treatment of soybean seeds with the bacterial preparation Rizotorphin in combination with the growth regulator Vermyst. Therefore, the scientific work is devoted to researching the yield and nutritional value of soybeans of different varieties depending on the inoculation of seeds with bacterial preparations and treatment with growth regulators, which is relevant as well as of scientific and practical interest in the field of ecologically oriented growing technologies.

Opis:
The paper presents results on the effect of agronomic factors on the content of chlorophyll, the biometric parameters of plants and quality of fenugreek seeds. It has been shown that potassium fertilization and inoculation of fenugreek seeds had no significant effect on the plant’s performance. The only trait influenced by those factors was the seed weight per plant; under higher doses of potassium fertilization K2.5 and K3.75, its value was about 10% higher, but fell down by 19.3% in treatments with inoculated seeds compared to non-inoculated ones. Soil water deficit caused reduction of plant height by 15.5%, number of pods by 18.3%, number of seeds per pod by 20%, weight of seeds by 28%, weight of the plant’s aerial parts by 18.0%, and harvest index by 13.2%. In response to water deficit, the content of chlorophyll decreased significantly from 57.8 SPAD units at 43 DAS to 52.4 and 54.0 SPAD units in the next phases (51 and 58 DAS), when 40% and 80% of pods attained the final length. Increasing doses of potassium caused a significant increase in the crude protein (by 3.2-5.4%) and potassium content (by 7-8%) in seeds of fenugreek grown under water deficit. After seed inoculation, an increase in the protein content was found.

Opis:
Green revolution increased the food production enormously to feed the geometrically growing population. In India, the availability and affordability of fossil fuel based chemical fertilizers at the farm level have been ensured only through imports and subsidies. Dependence on chemical fertilizers for future agricultural growth would mean further loss in soil quality. The possibilities of water contamination and unsustainable burden of the fiscal system. The Government of India has been trying to promote an improved practice involving use of biofertilizers along with fertilizers. These inputs have multiple beneficial impacts on the soil and can be relatively cheap and convenient for use. The agricultural chemicals like pesticide and weedicides were being used to save the standing crop from the attack of pests and to boost crop production. At the same time the excess use of chemical fertilizers degraded the soil properties. In this context, the farmers are expecting for the cheapest and eco-friendly alternative for getting higher yield. Biofertilizers is only the alternative way to get more production without harmful to environment. So the effect of different doses of biofertilizer (Rhizobium) on germination studies of Fenu-greek seed germination percentage, seedling growth, fresh weight and dry weight, chlorophyll, protein and soluble sugar content has been studied in the laboratory condition. There parameters increased to application when biofertilizer compared to control.

Opis:
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) is a valuable medicinal and aromatic plant. The introduction of such an ecofriendly element as presowing seeds inoculation with phosphate mobilizing microbial biopreparation into the growing technology is especially important in the cultivation of this crop. It is connected with an extensive use of fennel in the production of medicines, including the remedies for children. Under the moisture deficiency conditions of the southern Steppe of Ukraine, the study on the effectiveness of phosphate mobilizing biopreparations depending on the impact of sowing dates is particularly relevant. Our field experiments were carried out in 2017–2019 in the Kherson region on the dark chestnut soils typical for the southern Steppe of Ukraine. Presowing seeds inoculation with biopreparations of phosphate mobilizing bacteria Albobakteryn and Polimiksobakteryn positively affected the indicators of fennel productivity and yield quality. Among the microbial preparations studied, a preference for Polimiksobakteryn was recorded. The research findings indicate a tendency to lower the quantitative and qualitative indicators of fennel seed yield from early to late sowing. The most favourable conditions for the productive processes of fennel plants and accumulation of essential oil were ensured by the interaction of seeds bacterization with the Polimiksobakteryn biopreparation and early spring sowing at the right soil tilth stage in the third ten-day period of March. In this variant, the yielding capacity was 1.41 t/ha, the weight of 1000 seeds reached 5.61 g, the essential oil content in the seeds amounted to 6.13% in dry matter, the relative yield of essential oil being 76.1 kg/ha. The introduction of microbial preparations of phosphate mobilizing bacteria into the technology of fennel cultivation is a promising environmentally friendly approach to improving the crop productivity.
