Opis:
The article analyzes two aspects of the current issue of loneliness of modern people. On the one hand, it is about the means of self-regulation by the lonely man himself. On the other hand, the problems related to the activities of non-lonely people and different types of institutions are analyzed in relation to solving the problems of lonely people. The first part of the article discusses the ways in which lonely people try to cope with their loneliness. In the second part, I look at some of the ways in which other people and the institutions react to this phenomenon. In the process of analysis I used interviews with lonely people, statistics, as well as analysis of scientific and other literature.

The concept of success is a subjective category, making it a challenging area for research. It was, therefore, intriguing to delve deeper into what artists themselves consider to be a success. This text has been crafted around this issue, presenting a qualitative review of the relevant literature. This includes shifts in responsibility for career management from organisations to individuals and the evolving job market for artists, where there is an increasing move away from traditional employment models towards self-management of careers. Research findings selected by the author have been presented, highlighting the diversity of approaches, challenges, and barriers to self-management as defined by the artists themselves.

Opis:
Some questions of pedagogical activities organization are discussed in the article. The importance of self-government under conditions of information society is described. Different approaches to conflict study, its structure and stages are presented. Causes of pedagogical conflicts and rules of their successful solution are studied. Special attention is paid to the possibilities of stress control that may appear in the process of pedagogical activities.
W pracy rozpatrywane są niektóre problemy organizacji działalności pedagogicznej. Analizowane są zagadnienia niezbędności autonomii w warunkach społeczeństwa informacyjnego. Pokazane są różnorodne podejścia do badań konfliktu, jego struktury i etapy przebiegu. Rozpatrywane są przyczyny powstawania konfliktów pedagogicznych, a także reguły pozytywnego ich rozwiązywania oraz czynniki temu sprzyjające. Zwraca się uwagę na możliwości kierowania stresem, nieodmiennie powstającym w procesie działalności pedagogicznej.

Cukrzyca jest chorobą cywilizacyjną, z tego powodu staje się powszechnym problemem medycznym i społecznym, jest także schorzeniem przewlekłym, nieuleczalnym i stanowi duże zagrożenie dla zdrowia i życia chorego. Leczenie tego schorzenia u większości osób prowadzone jest w domu i ma na celu utrzymanie dobrego stanu zdrowia, oraz zapobieganie rozwojowi powikłań, które upośledzają prawidłowe funkcjonowanie osoby chorej. Najważniejszą rolę w procesie leczenia cukrzycy typu 2 odgrywa sam chory. Umiejętność samoopieki, daje choremu poczucie bezpieczeństwa i niezależności. Przez wiele lat trwania cukrzycy, u osoby chorej występują różnego rodzaju deficyty w zakresie samoopieki. Chory wymaga wówczas pomocy osób najbliższych. Rodzina chorego, poprzez, partnerską postawę powinna zapewnić mu odpowiednią opiekę, jest to jedna z najważniejszych funkcji rodziny. Nie zawsze postawa rodziny jest odpowiednia, często występuje deficyt lub brak opieki ze strony osób bliskich. Dużym wsparciem dla chorego i jego rodziny jest edukacja. Wspólne działania chorego, jego rodziny oraz zespołu terapeutycznego umożliwiają kontrolowanie cukrzycy typu 2.
Diabetes is a very serious civilization disease that strikes millions of people across the world. This fact raises many medical and social issues. Diabetes is a chronic and incurable illness that requires continuing medical care and patient self-management education to prevent acute complications and to reduce the risk of long-term complications. It is a disease that impact all family members. While many patients with type 2 diabetes can take perfectly good care of themselves, others may need a helping hand. The caregiver’s role for someone with type 2 diabetes varies depending on how much help the patient needs. Home and family are the greatest support groups and care centers for people suffering from diabetes. It is related to perceived family function. On the other hand families that are less organized or have many others problems may not focus on diabetes care as needed. If this happens, people with diabetes may be at great risks for other bad problems. Some of these issues could be life-threatening and decrease the quality of life. However, in most cases family members are an important part of diabetes prevention and assist with care management. Therefore, patient education and self –care practices are very important aspects of disease management that help people with 2 type diabetes lead normal lives.

Opis:
The article reveals the importance of the time management problem and substantiates the expediency of its research. It describes peculiarities of time management as a pedagogical technology concentrating on its principles; analysis of technology genesis was carried out in the works by foreign and domestic scientists from different fields of science. Five groups of problems solved with the help of this technology were identified. It was found out that time management within our research meets the requirements of a pedagogical technology effectively facilitating PhD students’ self-management. It was proved that it combines features of professional management technology as well as effective self-management.

Opis:
The paper by Jan Wolski — a Polish theoretician and cooperative activist — constitutes the third section of the book Spółdzielczy samorząd pracy [Cooperative Labour Self-Management], which he wrote over the years of 1943-1956, but which was never published as a whole. The manuscript, from the author’s family archives, includes the information that this piece was ―written in 1943 for the Inter-union Cooperative Committee (functioning underground in Warsaw during II World War) and the Socialist Planning Commission‖. Entitled Cooperative Labour Self-Management, this section of the planned book was published in the monthly magazine Więź [Bond], issue no. 2 of 1972, and in 2011 on the website Lewicowo.pl. It contains Wolski’s deliberations regarding the functioning of cooperative labour self-management under the conditions of a social and economic transformation heading towards a classless society. Wolski believed a universal labour-based political system to be one of the essential conditions of socialism, supplanting the old organisational forms originating from the capitalist period. As such, universal labour self-management together with other forms of popular self-government, and particularly user self-government, constitutes a transmission belt between the populace’s grassroots activity and top-down political organisation. Mindful of Edward Abramowski’s teachings, Wolski considered that only having the state based on self-governing cooperative institutions consisted the true realisation of universal will, and thereby the realisation of socialist ideals.
