Opis:: The work presents the essence of problems appearing in the ICT security management process in the context of systems characterized by significant dynamics of configuration and heterogeneity of resources both in the hardware and software layer. Basic differences in security management in systems with traditional centralized and monolithic architecture as well as in systems with service-oriented architecture have been presented. A layered reference model for service-oriented systems taking account of the basic goals of ICT security for dynamic information systems has been discussed. The basic assumptions of the multi-agent ICT security analysis system in service-oriented systems as well as the results of the safety analysis, including the correlation between events observed in low and high layers of the reference model have been discussed.
W pracy została zaprezentowana istota problemów pojawiających się w procesie zarządzania bezpieczeństwem teleinformatycznym w kontekście systemów charakteryzujących się znaczącą dynamiką konfiguracji oraz heterogenicznością zasobów zarówno w warstwie sprzętowej, jak i programowej. Przedstawiono podstawowe różnice w zarządzaniu bezpieczeństwem w systemach o tradycyjnej scentralizowanej i monolitycznej architekturze oraz w systemach o architekturze zorientowanej na usługi. Przedstawiono warstwowy model odniesienia dla systemów zorientowanych na usługi, z uwzględnieniem którego zdefiniowane zostały podstawowe cele bezpieczeństwa teleinformatycznego dla dynamicznych systemów informatycznych. Omówiono podstawowe założenia wieloagentowego systemu analizy bezpieczeństwa teleinformatycznego w systemach zorientowanych na usługi oraz przedstawiono wyniki analizy bezpieczeństwa z uwzględnieniem korelacji pomiędzy zdarzeniami obserwowanymi w niskich i w wysokich warstwach modelu odniesienia.

Opis:: The innovation of application of cloud managers is described in the article. The authors emphasize that the innovative direction of development of information activities is the integration of Web platforms (social networks and cloud storages) for creating a unified communication space and storage for large amount of information. Tool that provides this development are cloud managers. For library institutions using such technologies will create the favorable and flexible serviceoriented system for providing users with information resources. For determination of free cloud managers and selected among them a benchmark, the methods of benchmarking and expert evaluation were used in the research. The algorithm for operation with every service is given. The following technological capabilities: “integration with cloud storage”, “cloud disk space manager”, “multimedia playback,” “presence of workspace” for collaboration were taken into account. The result of the study is to determine the cloud manager that can serve as a benchmark for providing free cloud services with a wide range of technological capabilities.

Opis:: This paper presents the construction of the enterprise service bus architecture in data processing resources for a big data decision-making system for the City Hall in Gdansk. The first part presents the key processes of bus developing: the installation of developing environment, the database connection, the flow mechanism and data presentation. Developing processes were supported by models: KPI (Key Processes Identifier) and SOP (Simple Operating Procedures) (also connected to the bus). The summary indicates the problems of the bus construction, especially processes of routing, conversion, and handling events.

Opis:: Podstawowym aspektem dobrostanu i ochrony dzieci, który skupia się na rodzinie i ukierunkowaniu zasobów społeczności, jest to, że w celu zachowania jedności rodziny konieczne jest powszechne wprowadzenie ze społeczności lokalnej usług w życie rodziny, mobilizując w ten sposób wewnętrzne zasoby rodziny i uznając rodzicielstwo za wartość społeczną. Integracyjna ochrona dzieci jest procesem wielodyscyplinarnym i wielowymiarowym. W badaniach przeanalizowano, w jaki sposób węgierscy specjaliści w dziedzinie ochrony dzieci w ośrodkach opieki i opieki nad dziećmi, instytucje ochrony dzieci i system pomocy zastępczej myślą o swoje pracy oraz jakie dysfunkcje identyfikowane są przez nich w obszarze ich pracy dotyczącej ochrony dzieci. Badano również, w jaki sposób szkolenia i praktyka społeczna mogą przyczynić się do włączenia wartości zawodowych do pracy w terenie. Analizowano, w jaki sposób pomoc społeczna może być w ogólnym sensie odpowiadająca na oczekiwania i jak praca społeczna stała się aspołeczna w późnej nowoczesności i w szybko zmieniającym się, nieprzewidywalnym środowisku usług.
The core aspect of the child welfare and protection thought focusing on the family and channelling community resources is that in order to preserve the unity of the family, it is necessary to widely introduce from the local community the services into the family’s life, thus mobilizing the internal resources of the family, and acknowledging parenting, as a social value. Integrative child protection is a multidisciplinary and multidimensional process. The research examines how the Hungarian child protection professionals in child welfare services and centres, child protection institutions and foster care system reflect on the professional work, and on the dysfunctions identified in child protection field work. I also examine how social work training and practice can help to incorporate professional values into field work. I analyse how social assistance can be adequate in general, and how social work became asocial in the late modernity and in a rapidly changing, unpredictable service environment.

Opis:: The paper contains an overview of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) implemented in food and agricultural enterprises. The description of the sector summarizes some unique features compared to numbers describing food production aspects in Europe. For better understanding of the whole phenomenon the paper describes an innovative processes and technology progress in general and in the sector as well. Important aspects and potential problematic areas such as factors that infl uence ICT deployment are shown and analyzed. Main focus is directed on the technologies of e-business and its impact on organizational aspect of the sector. Also the role of ICT in the innovation process and product has been reviewed and certain areas of improved activities compared and summarized. Very forward-looking technology in the agri-food sector is SOA. With a common data exchange standards, it is possible to transfer information between different units.
Artykuł zawiera przegląd technologii informacyjnych i komunikacyjnych (ICT) realizowanych w sektorze przetwórstwa żywności i przedsiębiorstw rolnych. Opis sektora zawiera podsumowanie kilku unikalnych cech oraz liczb opisujących aspekty produkcji żywności w Europie. Dla lepszego zrozumienia całego zjawiska ICT w tym sektorze artykuł opisuje procesy innowacyjne i postęp w technologii ogólnie, jak również w sektorze. Ważne aspekty i potencjalne obszary problemowe, takie jak czynniki, które wpływają na wdrożenia ICT są przeanalizowane i przedstawione w syntetyczny sposób. Główny nacisk skierowany jest na technologie e-biznesu i jej wpływ na organizacyjny aspekt sektora. Również rola ICT w innowacji procesowej oraz produktowej zostały przeanalizowane a pewne obszary poprawy działalności porównane i podsumowane. Bardzo przyszłościową technologią w sektorze rolno-spożywczym jest SOA. Wspólne standardy wymiany danych umożliwiają przesyłanie informacji pomiędzy różnymi jednostkami.

Opis:: Safety level analysis is included in the paper in context of SWIM system in air traffic management. The example is given. It examines the limitations and drawbacks of current ICT systems used for air traffic management. Analyzing the development of communication systems for the management of general air traffic, it can be concluded that the development of the terrestrial segment of the exchange of information between the parties relating to the air traffic will fluctuate towards a solution based on a service-oriented architecture SOA. This architecture will be the basis for the implementation of the concept of an information exchange system SWIM.

Opis:: W artykule przedstawiono ewolucyjne zmiany, które zachodziły na Wydziale Matematyki, Informatyki i Mechaniki Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego w latach 1991-2016. Wynikały one z uwarunkowań zewnętrznych (zmiany ustrojowe), rosnącego znaczenia informatyki, a także refleksji środowiska. Katalizatorem zmian stało się w 1991 r. przeniesienie Wydziału do innego budynku, wymagającego modernizacji na jego potrzeby. W nowej siedzibie podjęto program większego upodmiotowienia pracowników, integracji środowiska Wydziału oraz wykorzystania efektu synergii wynikającego z obecności matematyków i informatyków w ramach jednego Wydziału. WMIM starał się o utrzymanie spoistości Uniwersytetu m.in. poprzez zainicjowanie i przeprowadzanie wspólnej rekrutacji na studia, wprowadzenie Uniwersyteckiego Systemu Obsługi Studiów, a także zabieganie o zajęcia usługowe dla innych wydziałów. Ponadto przedstawiono wspólne przedsięwzięcia WMIM z innymi ośrodkami matematycznymi w kraju. WMIM na długo przed formalnym przyjęciem wymagań procesu bolońskiego wprowadził licencjat, a także uelastycznił program studiów, ułatwiając studentom wybór przedmiotów oraz zapewniając transparentność studiów. Wyzwoleniu inicjatywy młodych badaczy służyło spłaszczanie struktury organizacyjnej, prowadzenie transparentnej polityki kadrowej oraz funkcjonowanie systemu motywacyjnych dodatków do wynagrodzenia. Podkreślono, że globalny charakter nauk matematycznych i tradycja warszawskiej szkoły matematycznej stanowią zasadniczy czynnik kształtowania hierarchii wartości i ambicji środowiska.
We describe how the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics of the University of Warsaw (Faculty MIM for short) has been changing during the years 1991-2016. These changes were motivated by a change of the political system in Poland, affecting academic life, as well as the growing import_ance of Computer Science (Informatics). Moving MIM’s faculty to another building was a catalyst for change, giving the community a chance to reevaluate various aspects of academic life. In the new environment faculty members were treated more as individual researchers rather than employees of various organizational units. Improved working conditions helped to create a sense of community. An import_ant goal was to achieve a synergy effect resulting from the close collaboration of mathematicians and computer scientists. The faculty of MIM acted against the fragmentation of the university, which was typical of Poland during the last decade of the 20th century. It initiated a university-wide recruitment system for students, produced and introduced innovative software (University Study-Oriented System (USOS)) and paid special attention to service courses in mathematics and computer science. Long before the introduction of the Bologna system, the five-year curriculum at MIM was divided into bachelor and master programs that contained an extended range of elective courses. To meet the requirements of the quickly changing disciplines and to motivate young researchers, a flat organization structure of the Faculty was introduced. An import_ant element of a transparent Human Resources policy is a system of financial bonuses for the most active researchers and teachers. We emphasize that the global character of mathematical sciences, and the tradition of the Warsaw mathematical school, are key factors forming standards and values of the community.
