Opis:: Referat przedstawia możliwości wykorzystania krótkoczasowej transformaty Fouriera (STFT) w diagnozowaniu stanu technicznego amortyzatora zabudowanego w samochodzie. Badania obejmowały usterki amortyzatora samochodu Skoda Fabia w postaci ubytku płynu amortyzatorowego oraz w postaci ubytku uszczelnienia tłoczka. Rejestrowanymi parametrami były przyspieszenia drgań mas: nieresorowanej i resorowanej pobudzanych do drgań wymuszeniem harmonicznym.
The papers presents possibility used Short Time Fourier Transform (STFT) in diagnostics shock-absorber built in passenger car. Research range shock absorber built in Skoda Fabia passenger car with programmed fault form as loss throng seal and as loss shock absorber fluid. Record was accelerations of chosen parts of vibration signals.

Opis:: The suspension is the component decisive about safety of drive of cars, in which dumping elements have essential meaning, which the most often are telescopic hydraulic shock-absorbers. Therefore, in exploitation process so important investigations of their technical condition are in track which opinion of their usefulness should be made not only to more far exploitation, but also the identification of typical damages. The common used method in practical ways of diagnosing of shock-absorber in article was introduced. There are two methods of investigations: built from and shock-absorber built-in in vehicle suspension. In first method - in support about indicatory graph, the characteristic of suppression be appointive. They are the basis to diagnostic opinion of technical condition of studied damper. In second method the results of investigations have approximate character. From those methods the most often used station control of vehicles in Poland - method post EUSAMA and BOGE in article were described, which used in investigations the harmonic excitatory of vibrations stimulant to vibrations unsprung and sprung masses of vehicle. The car is so folded, vibrate mechanical stimulated by excitator to vibrations arrangement. The vibro-acoustic methods of analyses' of signals in article were introduced, which can be practical in investigations of diagnostic shock-absorber. They are then the method of multidimensional analysis of signal - the Short-Time Fourier Transforms (the STFT), Wigner - Ville'a and Wavelet.

Opis:: W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań kolumny hydropneumatycznej złożonej ze sprężyny gazowej i tłumika drgań na stanowisku indykatorowym. Badania przeprowadzono przy różnych wartościach ciśnienia statycznego które w przypadku zawieszenia hydropneumatycznego odpowiadają obciążeniom statycznym pojazdu. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań stwierdzić można iż zmiany obciążenia statycznego w badanym zakresie obciążeń i prędkości praktycznie nie wpływają na siłę tłumienia w kolumnie hydropneumatycznej.
This paper presents the result of investigation hydro pneumatic strut (build from air spring and hydraulic dumper) on the research stand. The static pressure (static load in case hydro pneumatic strut) was changed. The results of investigation in determinate range provided that the damping force not independent of the static pressure (static load).

Opis:: The article presents the amplitude measurement used in the diagnosis of hydraulic fluid leakage from the shock absorbers of passenger cars. Measures used to assess the distribution of the peak using the free vibration method with force extortion. To verify the results of study the FFT were used. In particular illustration of a random vibroacoustic process, acceleration of sprung mass for front and rear suspension, spectrum of acceleration of sprung mass for front suspension, larger differences of spectrum of acceleration of sprung mass for front suspension are presented in the paper. Analysis results of the of the peak and ofthe spectrum for the front suspension with losses of shock absorber fluid show decrease in amplitudes of vibrations corresponding increase in shock absorber fluid. Asymmetry of the damping characteristics affects the differences in compression and tension of shock absorber. Spectral analysis is better measure then the study of period. For the rear shock absorbers, differences are smaller. This is due to difference in design of Fiat Seicento front and rear suspension). The presented method of diagnosis requires further study carried out on a large shocks absorbers population to their averaging and comparing test results using different testing methods and estimators and stochastic analysis of vibroacoustic signals.

Opis:: Celem pracy była budowa stanowiska do badania amortyzatorów wymontowanych z pojazdu, na którym można badać zmiany charakterystyk sił sprężająco-rozprężających w zależności od stopnia zużycia badanego amortyzatora. Następnie na stanowisku tym wykonano próby badawcze amortyzatora w celu sporządzenia wykresu sił sprężająco-rozprężających. W wyniku przeprowadzonych pomiarów stwierdzono, że dzięki zastosowaniu wysokiej jakości aparatury pomiarowej, uzyskane wartości cechują się dużą dokładnością i powtarzalnością. Po przeanalizowaniu wykresu możemy określić stan zużycia badanego amortyzatora posiadając dane wzorcowe dla danego typu amortyzatora.
The purpose of the work was building of station for testing car shock absorbers taken out from vehicle, on which it's possible to examine changes in the characteristics of compression and stretch forces depending on the degree of the wear and tear of the test shock. Next on this station carried out research on the shock absorber with a view to drawing the graph of compression and stretch forces. As a result of conducted measurements they stated, that applying high quality measuring apparatus, get values are marked by a great accuracy and a repetitiveness. After analysing the graph we can determine the state of wearing the inspected shock absorber out having model data for the given type of the shock absorber.

Opis:: Personal cars are the largest group of vehicles on the road. Every year a significant increase in this group of vehicles enforces the need to shorten the time of the study of the technical condition on vehicle inspection stations. One of the major components checked during the inspection is vehicle suspension that has a decisive influence on the comfort and safety. Currently, vehicle inspection stations to assess the condition of the suspension mainly use EUSAMA method, which allows obtaining approximate results. The paper presents the verification of the effectiveness and operation of the developed method called Procedure of Matrix Decimation (PMD), which allows for useful application of research results using FFT spectral analysis of nonstationary, transient signals recorded on the vehicle during the EUSAMA test method. Verification of this method of signal processing was done with the use of vibration signals recorded on the vehicle during the EUSAMA test method on vehicle inspection stations. It consists of a comparison of the FFT spectra obtained for the secondary signal (after processing method based on PMD) with STFT analyzes made for the original signal.

Opis:: This report describes the state of the art inlanding gear design with a particular focus on shock absorbes. It gives an overview on the general design solutions and installation of landing gears into the airframe. An emphasis is placed on the function and calculation of loads acting on oleopneumatic shock absorbers, which are the main type of shock absorber considered within ADLAND. One part of this dokument covers the requirements which are the basis of the shock absorber design, materials used and related future developments within aerospace industry. A brief summary is given on research performed on active shock absorber so far.
Opracowanie przedstawia zagadnienia związane z konstrukcjami podwozi lotniczych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem problematyki amortyzatorów cieczowo-gazowych. Podano ogólne wskazówki dotyczące rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych różnych rodzajów amortyzatorów i ich adaptacji do pozostałej struktury samolotu. Szczególny nacisk położono na analizę obciążeń generowanych w amortyzatorach cieczowo-gazowych, które aktualnie są przedmiotem szczegółowych badań w ramach programu UE ADLAND. W opracowaniu opisano także wymagania stawiane obecnie nowo projektowanym konstrukcjom amortyzatorów lotniczych, a także wymieniono materiały z których są one wykonane. Przedstawiono zakres dotychczas zrealizowanych badań w obszarze podwozi adaptacyjnych oraz kierunki dalszego rozwoju i zastosowań amortyzatorów w lotnictwie.

Opis:: The paper presents the results of the hydraulic vehicle shock absorbers' researches on indicator test stand. The front twin tube hydraulic shock absorber for Fiat Punto was researched. The aim of this investigation was to determine the dumping characteristics (points of force for maximum linear velocity) taking stroke value into account. The stroke and rotary velocities were selected so that to different combinations the same maximum linear velocity was taken. For that extortion parameters the influence of stroke value on force versus displacement and force versus velocity diagrams was determined. The dumping surface in stoke and linear velocity function was determined too.
W ramach pracy przeprowadzono badania hydraulicznego amortyzatora samochodowego na stanowisku indykatorowym. Obiektem badań był bezciśnieniowy dwururowy amortyzator hydrauliczny stosowany w zawieszeniu przednim samochodu marki Fiat Punto. Celem przeprowadzonych badań było wyznaczenie punktowych charakterystyk tłumienia (wartości sił tłumienia dla maksymalnych wartości prędkości liniowej) przy dodatkowym uwzględnieniu wartości skoku roboczego. Wartości skoku i prędkości kątowej zostały tak dobrane, aby przy różnych kombinacjach otrzymać zbliżone wartości maksymalnej prędkości liniowej. Dla tak dobranych parametrów wymuszenia określono wpływ skoku na kształt przebiegów wykresów prędkościowych i charakterystyk punktowych. Wyznaczono także powierzchnię sił tłumienia w funkcji prędkości liniowej i skoku.

The application of condition monitoring system can increase safety of the train as well as reduce maintenance, service time and idle costs of the trains. The backpropagation neural network has been chosen for the decision-making system.

Opis:: Zawieszenie współczesnego samochodu osobowego zawiera między innymi elementy o nieliniowych charakterystykach tłumienia i sztywności. Powiązane jest ono z nadwoziem złożonymi układami łączników. W czasie eksploatacji założone charakterystyki ulegają zmianom, które wpływają na dynamikę całego układu. W efekcie następuje obniżenie bezpieczeństwa jazdy. Wyznaczanie cech stanu elementów składowych zawieszenia metodami wibroakustycznymi wymusza korzystanie z zaawansowanego aparatu matematycznego. Zastosowanie transformaty falkowej umożliwia precyzyjną filtrację pasmowo-przepustową przy zachowaniu informacji czasowej a co za tym idzie obserwację zmian energii drgań w ściśle określonym obszarze czasowo-częstotliwościowym. W referacie przedstawiono wyniki analizy falkowej sygnałów drganiowych generowanych przez zawieszenia o zidentyfikowanym stanie technicznym. Efektem przeprowadzonych badań, było wyznaczenie pasma częstotliwościowego, w którym na podstawie analizy zmian energii drgań można wykryć uszkodzenia elementów tłumiących.
Suspension of present of passenger car contains among other things the parts about non-linear characteristics of damping and stiffness. Folded bonding bars' arrangements it be related from body. In time of exploitation the established characteristics undergo the changes which influence on dynamics of whole arrangement. The lowering the safety of track in effect follows. Marking the property of state of component units suspension the vibroacoustics methods extorts usage advanced mathematical apparatus. Use wavelet transform it makes possible precise the filtrations band-passing near behavior of temporary information and what it for this goes the observation of changes of energy vibrations in closely the definite area in respect of time - frequency. It wavelet analyses in report were introduced was signals generated by suspension about identified it will stand up technical. The effect of conducted investigations in which, delimitation frequency strand was, on the ground the analysis of changes of energy vibrations was it been possible to detect the damages of units of damping.
