Opis:: The article is devoted to study of directions of improving the state regulation of the financial sphere in Ukraine. It is determined that the state regulation of the financial sphere should be carried out in the directions of ensuring the efficiency of budget funds use and providing the relationship between the authorities that carry out the state financial control. The article considers the problems in ensuring the effective state regulation of the financial sphere as a component of the mechanism of public administration and control. We have proved the importance of the state regulation of the financial sector in the current conditions of unstable and declining market economy that Ukraine is experiencing. It was noted that the issue of effective state regulation and control over the implementation of management decisions is thoroughly studied by scientists and practitioners. In practice, under the influence of these studies, more effective mechanisms and tools of the state control for the receipt and use of budget funds are being developed. The article analyzes the latest studies of domestic and foreign authors related to the issues of state regulation and management of the financial sphere The article examines the need for an active regulatory role of the state in the use and circulation of budget funds. Analyzing the state regulation of the financial sphere, it should be noted that it is an integral part of public administration of the economy as a whole. The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the system of state regulation of the financial sphere in the country. There is a need for continuous improvement and increase of efficiency of state regulation and control over the circulation of budget funds.

Opis:: Goal – to analyze public administration in the field of medical tourism in the context of power decentralization in Ukraine. Also a brief study of the legal aspects of the regulation of medical tourism in Ukraine is represented as one of the ways of state regulatory impact. Analyze state social norms and industry standards in the field of healthcare in Ukraine. Research methodology – the research methodology uses the system analysis method; the empirical basis is the normative legal acts regulating the managerial relations of the public administration subjects. Score/results – is a brief study of the legal aspects of the regulation of medical tourism in Ukraine is represented as one of the ways of state regulatory impact. The state social norms and industry standards in the field of health care in Ukraine are considered. The necessity of related legal support of the sectors under consideration has been substantiated in order to eliminate gaps in legislation and improve the quality of services provided, investment attractiveness and disclosure of the country’s regions’ potential. Originality/value – the work was done by the author independently without outside help; the article contains links to the legal framework.

Opis:: Interconnection of the state regulation of economy, multilateral trade agreements of global and reginal level, as well as of bilateral agreements, is studied in this paper. Jest proponowana rozważyć regulacji stanu współpracy przemysłowej, w zależności od celów w trzech obszarach, pozwoli najefektywniej intensyfikacji innowacyjne "punkty wzrostu" gospodarki narodowej, zapewnienia właściwego poziomu życia społecznoekonomiczne oraz uwzględniać specyfikę regionów depresyjnych.
The categorical apparatus has been widened and the main reasons of necessity for state regulation of industrial cooperation have been found. The scheme of research of industrial cooperation in the context of future government regulation has been developed. The systematization forms of state regulation of industrial cooperation on various criteria were done. It was proposed to consider the state regulation of industrial cooperation depending on the purpose in three directions that would allow for most effectively to intensify the innovative "growth points" of the national economy, ensure proper social and economic living standards of inhabitants and to take into account the specifics of depressive regions.
Углубленно категориальный аппарат и выяснены основные причины необходимости государственного регулирования производственной кооперации. Разработана схема организации исследования производственной кооперации в контексте дальнейшего государственного регулирования. Проведена систематизация форм государственного регулирования производственной кооперации по различным признакам. Предложено рассматривать государственное регулирование производственной кооперации в зависимости от цели по трем направлениям, что позволило бы максимально эффективно интенсифицировать инновационные «точки роста» национальной экономики, обеспечить надлежащий социально-экономический уровень жизни населения и учесть специфику депрессивных регионов.

Opis:: To specify the problems and priorities of state regulation of foreign economic activity (FEA) of cement industry enterprises of Ukraine, it is proposed to use the tool for assessing the state of FEA of cement industry enterprises, which is based on the expert method. The FEA development index of the cement industry is constructed with the usage of the method of expert assessments and analysis of the hierarchies of significance of each factor. Due to this, it was found that producers underestimate their own abilities to compete in foreign markets regarding the assortment structure, unsatisfactory financial condition, fierce competition and recession in foreign markets, especially traditional for Ukraine; unsatisfactory state policy of support of the development of the cement industry, in particular in terms of transparency of resource provision, assistance in updating the technical and technological base of the industry, the implementation of state infrastructure projects in Ukraine. On this basis, the priorities of state regulation of foreign economic activity of cement industry enterprises were determined by the following groups: sales, institutional and instrumental ones.

Opis:: The population is a source of a country’s state potential that aids the achievement of strategic plans. Well-being of the population is a guarantee of successful implementation of employment programs in the context of market economics. The main task of state regulation is to reach the desired goal and targets under the conditions of contemporary and actual environment. Research objective The objective is to review the implementation of state programmes in regards to population employment and to analyse the actual concepts of state politics development in regards to employment, its efficiency in the present environment of social tension of a region – Aktobe oblast. Methods By means of analysis the general scientific research methods have been defined – system methods based on analysis and evaluation of practical and operative data of official statistical sources of Committee on Statistics of Republic of Kazakhstan, the data of city department of Aktobe Employment Centre. Conclusions The article generalizes the systems of state principles in implementation of state programmes for elimination of social threats leading to different external and internal threats, poverty and social tension in the region. It reveals the legal steps and responsibility of the employment parties, relationship of unemployed citizens and the state.

Opis:: The state plays supervising rather than regulative role on the Russian TV market, being an acting force per se on this market. The state takes care of the ideological and moral health of citizens as a missionary. In this respect the Russian State TV cannot be classified as public TV – as the social order could not be formed by society. Instead the order is dropped down from power structures, imposing state ideas of social development and providing reproduction of power elite.
