Opis:
Exploitation of means of transport is an important decision issue for transport companies that perform transport tasks. The means of transport during their operation lose their functional properties, which mean that they require technical service and repairs. The components of operating costs of means of transport are expenditures incurred for servicing and expenditures incurred for repairs. As the first cost component increases, the other will decrease and vice versa. We obtain the optimal economic effect of the means of transport when the sum of costs reaches the minimum value. The article presents the problems of optimization of the technical service system. This required identification of technical services and basic parameters characterizing the operation system. On this basis, a mathematical approach to the problem of modelling the maintenance system is presented, including the decision variables, constraints and the criterion function. The identification of the problem of modelling the technical service system is presented in the case study for modelling the technical service of means of transport – buses in the company providing passenger transport services in public transport.

Opis:
In this paper there have been presented results of an analysis of repair efficiency for an emergency repair subsystem (technical service units) in a selected transportation system. The research object was a real system of municipal transportation, in a given urban agglomeration. Experimental data, necessary to determine values of indexes describing efficiency of repairs performed by the technical service units, come from a selected group of technical objects (city buses) used in the analyzed system. The data was obtained on the basis of experimental tests conducted within the studied system, employing a method of passive experiment, in conditions natural for the technical objects functioning. This work presents a method according to which the values have been determined and the analysis of efficiency of repairs performed within the emergency subsystem has been made. The values of repair efficiency assessment concern selected systems of the analyzed buses. The selection of these systems was made taking into consideration the number of the studied systems failures. The obtained results have been demonstrated in the form of tables and graphically, in charts. On this basis, there has been made an analysis of efficiency of repairs performed by emergency repair units. Due to its general character, the presented method can be used for an assessment of repair efficiency both within operation and maintenance systems of technical objects of different types and efficiency of repairs performed at particular repair stations, groups of stations or subsystems providing vehicles with serviceability.

Ważnym parametrem opisującym funkcjonowanie procesu obsługi technicznej maszyn rolniczych jest koszt napraw. Podstawowym celem pracy była ekstrapolacja kosztów napraw w miarę starzenia się maszyn rolniczych. W pracy oszacowano wartość kosztów napraw maszyn rolniczych o różnym poziomie wykorzystania. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników zaobserwowano wzrost kosztów napraw na skutek kumulacji przepracowanych godzin przez badane maszyny rolnicze.
Repair cost is one of important parameters describing the functioning of the technical service process of agricultural machines. The main objective of the research project was to extrapolate repair costs against the aging process of agricultural machines. The paper estimates the value of repair costs of agricultural machines of different levels of utilisation. The obtained research results made it possible to notice an increase in the repair costs following the accumulation of working hours by the examined agricultural machines.

Przeprowadzono badania, mające na celu hierarchizację ważności kryteriów oceny jakości usług serwisowych przyczep rolniczych z zastosowaniem metody ekspercko-matematycznej. W badaniach analizowano 21 kryteriów jakości usług serwisowych zaproponowanych przez RYBACKIEGO [2011]. W tym celu przygotowano specjalny kwestionariusz badawczy. Zastosowano ideę drzewa Isikawy, przyjmując, że wpływ wszystkich grup czynników wynosi 100%, podobnie jak wpływ poszczególnych czynników wchodzących w skład danej grupy. Zasada ta obowiązywała ekspertów, którzy swoje oceny wyrażali, rozbijając 100% na poszczególne czynniki, wykazując w ten sposób ich istotność. Eksperci oceniali oddzielnie istotność (ważność) grup kryteriów (mierników jakości) i oddzielnie ważność czynników (poszczególnych kryteriów) w grupie. Ekspertami byli właściciele gospodarstw rolnych lub ich synowie przewidywani jako spadkobiercy gospodarstw będący użytkownikami ciągników i maszyn, w tym przyczep rolniczych. Jednym z warunków zaliczenia danej osoby do grupy ekspertów był staż pracy w gospodarstwie nie mniejszy niż 5 lat. Ponadto eksperci byli oceniani na podstawie własnej samooceny oraz oceny dokonanej przez prowadzących badania. Badania wykazały, że do najbardziej istotnymi kryteriami mającymi wpływ na jakość usług serwisowych przyczep rolniczych należą: wiedza pracowników umożliwiająca im udzielenie wyczerpującej odpowiedzi na pytania, zainteresowanie rozwiązaniem zaistniałego problemu oraz staranne i właściwe wykonanie usługi. Innymi ważnymi są dwa kryteria: wykonanie usługi serwisowej w zadeklarowanym terminie oraz poczucie bezpieczeństwa w transakcjach z pracownikami firmy.
Studies were conducted, in order to prioritize the validity of criteria for assessing the quality of maintenance services for agricultural trailers, using the expert-mathematical method. The studies analyzed 21 maintenance service quality criteria, proposed by RYBACKI [2011]. For this purpose, a special research questionnaire was prepared. The studies used the idea of an Isikawa tree, assuming that the impact of all factor groups amounted to 100%, just like the impact of individual factors included in the group. This rule was valid for experts, who expressed their assessment distributing 100% among individual factors, thus demonstrating their relevance. This way, the experts assessed separately the significance (validity) of criteria groups (quality measures) and separately, the importance of factors (individual criteria) in a group. The group of experts included farm owners or their sons predicted to be successors who use tractors and machinery, including agricultural trailers. One of the conditions for including an individual to a group of experts was his seniority on the farm which had to be not less than 5 years. In addition, experts were evaluated on the basis of self-assessment and the assessment made by people who conducted the research. The studies showed that the most important criteria that affect the quality of maintenance services for agricultural trailers include: workers knowledge that enables them to give a comprehensive answer to the questions, interest in solving the existing problem and careful and proper performance of the service. Next, in terms of the factors, there are two other important criteria: the maintenance service performance in a declared time and a sense of security during transactions with company employees.

In more detail there are described conference rooms and their occurrence in collective accommodation facilities.

Park maszynowy będący na wyposażeniu większości polskich gospodarstw jest w znacznym stopniu zużyty pod względem technicznym i ekonomicznym (przestarzałe konstrukcje). Zapewnienie odpowiedniego stanu technicznego jest istotnym wyzwaniem dla służb technicznych utrzymania i odnowy maszyn. Zrozumienie zachodzących procesów zużycia oraz znajomość zabiegów obsług technicznych wykonywanych przez użytkowników jest niezbędna dla zapewnienia odpowiedniego stanu technicznego oraz wczesnym zapobieganiu awariom maszyn. Opracowanie zawiera analizę i ocenę zidentyfikowanych rodzajów zużycia eksploatacyjnego maszyn i urządzeń użytkowanych w gospodarstwach objętych badaniami. Celem pracy jest ocena i analiza zaobserwowanych rodzajów zużycia eksploatacyjnego maszyn rolniczych. Badania prowadzono w sześćdziesięciu gospodarstwach rolniczych w formie wywiadu kierowanego na terenie gmin: Milówka oraz Czernichów w latach 2009-2010. Badaniami objęto maszyny i urządzenia rolnicze będące na wyposażeniu wytypowanych gospodarstw rolniczych.
A machinery park in which most of the Polish farms is equipped is significantly worn in relation to technical and economic aspect (old structures). Ensuring a proper technical conditions is a crucial challenge for technical services responsible for maintenance and restoration of machines. Understanding the ongoing processes of wear and knowledge of technical services carried out by the users is necessary for ensuring a proper technical condition and for early prevention of machinery failures. The study includes analysis and evaluation of the identified types of exploitation wear of machines and devices used in the researched farms. The objective of the work is to evaluate and analyse the observed types of exploitation wear of agricultural machines. The research was carried out in sixty agricultural farms in the form of an interview carried out on the territory of the following districts: Milówka and Czernichów in 2009-2010. The research covered agricultural machinery and devices in which selected agricultural farms were equipped.
