Opis:: The main objective of this work is the numerical analysis of the strength and stiffness of an annular three-layer circular plate with variable mechanical properties of the core. The plates are subjected to bending. Numerical analysis of the deflection phenomenon is carried out under different support conditions of the plate. Furthermore, the influence of the material properties of the core (linear and non-linear model) on the shear stresses and deflecions is also investigated.

Opis:: W artykule opisano sposób identyfikacji oraz ocenę techniczną stalowych prętów – wieszaków podtrzymujących warstwę fakturową trójwarstwowych ścian osłonowych i szczytowych w systemie Wk-70. Położenie wieszaków ustalano za pomocą urządzenia Ferroscan. Wynikiem prześwietlenia fragmentów płyt osłonowych są mapy występowania prętów zbrojeniowych warstwy fakturowej, a na ich przecięciu – wieszaków. Spośród zinwentaryzowanych wieszaków losowo wybrano miejsca pobrania próbek. Przed pobraniem zamontowano nowe kotwy, a następnie dokonano wycięcia istniejącego wieszaka. Na pobranych próbkach przeprowadzono badania ubytków korozyjnych, składu chemicznego materiału oraz oznaczono wytrzymałość na rozciąganie.
The article describes the method of identification and technical evaluation of steel bars - hangers supporting the textural layer of three-layer curtain walls and end walls in the Wk-70 system. The position of the hangers was determined using the Ferroscan device. Scanning of fragments of cover plates provided the result in the form of maps of occurrence of reinforcing bars of the textural layer and hangers at their intersection. From among inventoried hangers, sampling sites were randomly selected. Before collecting the samples, new anchors were installed, and then an existing hanger was cut out. The samples collected were tested for corrosion losses as well as chemical composition of the material, and their tensile strength was determined.

Opis:: W artykule przedstawiono problem bezpieczeństwa budynków wielkopłytowych w świetle wad wykonawczych. Na podstawie zbadanych wad technologicznych w prefabrykatach trójwarstwowych elementów ściennych omówiono efektywność zespolenia warstwy fakturowej z warstwą nośną za pomocą wiotkich stalowych wieszaków i szpilek. Zwrócono uwagę na dodatkowe zagrożenie bezpieczeństwa po zwiększeniu obciążenia warstwy fakturowej ciężarem ocieplenia. Skutki wad technologicznych zilustrowano przykładami awarii.
This paper focuses on safety problems connected with the faulty performance of precast concrete buildings. The analysis of technological faults of precast three-layer wall panels was used as a basis for discussion on the effectiveness of the typical old-type connection details in assembling the external concrete slab to the load bearing slab. Special attention has been drawn to the additional danger of increasing the external slab’s weight by adding a thermal insulation layer. The effects of technological faults have been illustrated with the examples of specific breakdowns.
