    Opis:
    Multi-choice programming problems arise due to the diverse needs of people. In this paper, multichoice optimization has been applied to the bilevel transportation problem. This problem deals with transportation at both the levels, upper as well as lower. There are multiple choices for demand and supply parameters. The multi-choice parameters at the respective levels are converted into polynomials which transmute the defined problem into a mixed integer programming problem. The objective of the paper is to determine a solution methodology for the transformed problem. The significance of the formulated model is exhibited through an example by applying it to the hotel industry. The fuzzy programming approach is employed to obtain a satisfactory solution for the decision-makers at the two levels. A comparative analysis is presented in the paper by solving the bilevel multi-choice transportation problem with goal programming mode as well as by the linear transformation technique. The example is solved using computing software.

    Opis:
    This study uses statistical quality control (SQC) and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to examine quality at a porcelain production firm. The study is motivated by the most frequently broken machines in 2019, is the Jigger 01 machine. This paper aims to evaluate the machine’s effectiveness using the OEE method. The OEE determines the scope of the problem to be solved using the SQC method. The average OEE value in 2019 was 70%. Based on the SQC method, the product defect produced is still under control. However, the average defect is still above the company’s tolerance limit of 10%. Consequently, this study offers enhancements utilizing the Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) technique. The results indicate that human resources and machines caused defective products. This paper contributes to providing several improvements that the company can apply to maximize its quality control analysis. After implementing the improvement, the OEE value increases to 74%.

    Opis:
    Rozważano możliwość wykorzystania narzędzi programu Excel w statystycznej kontroli jakości procesu produkcji oraz w nauczaniu tej metody kontroli jakości. Analizę możliwości programu przeprowadzono zarówno pod kątem wykorzystania jego standardowych funkcji, jak też opracowania makr, szablonów arkuszy dla danych pomiarowych oraz instrukcji.
    Paper considered the possibilities of applying the Excel programme to statistical control of production process quality as well as in teaching of this quality control method. The programme was analyzed in respect of its standard functions as well as of the macros’ elaboration, data collection sheet patterns and instructions.

    Hun hebben de taal verkwanseld en hun hadden gelijk – o użyciu hun w pozycji podmiotu we współczesnym języku niderlandzkim W języku niderlandzkim nastąpiła ostatnio uderzająca zmiana. Obserwujemy mianowicie znaczący wzrost wykorzystania zaimka hun w pozycji podmiotu. Użycie hun zamiast ze czy zij jako podmiotu zdania uważane jest za niegramatyczne i postrzegane jest nawet jako forma degradacji języka. W artykule omówiono genezę tego zjawiska, jego cechy charakterystyczne i podano możliwe wyjaśnienia jego występowania. Zaprezentowano także stanowiska na temat użycia hun takich instytucji jak Niderlandzka Unia Językowa. Omówiono również kwestię stosowania hun w praktyce edukacji NVT. Ostatecznie zadano pytania: Czy ta zmiana językowa ma negatywny wpływ na język niderlandzki? Czy jest to do przyjęcia? Gdzie leży granica tolerancji?  
    De laatste tijd doet zich in de Nederlandse taal een opvallende verandering voor. We worden geconfronteerd met een sterke toename van het gebruik van hun in de onderwerpspositie. Dit gebruik in plaats van ze of zij als onderwerp van de zin, wordt beschouwd als ongrammaticaal en als een vorm van taalverloedering. In deze bijdrage wordt ingegaan op de herkomst van dit verschijnsel, de kenmerken ervan en mogelijke verklaringen voor het gebruik. Tevens zal een kritisch overzicht gegeven worden van uiteenzettingen van autoriteitsinstanties als de Nederlandse Taalunie over het gebruik van hun. Ten slotte wordt ook de kwestie van hun in de praktijk van het NVT-onderwijs besproken en de vraag gesteld of deze taalverandering een negatieve invloed op de Nederlandse taal heeft. Is het aanvaardbaar? Waar ligt de tolerantiegrens?
    A striking change has recently occurred in the Dutch language, namely, that we are increasingly confronted with a sharp expansion of the use of hun in the subject position. The use of hun instead of ze or zij as the subject of the sentence is considered ungrammatical and a form of language degradation. This contribution discusses the origin of this phenomenon, its characteristics and possible explanations for its use. It also presents a critical overview of statements given by authoritative bodies, such as the Dutch Language Union, about the use of hun. The issue of hun in the practice of NT2 education is also discussed, and the question is asked whether this language change has a negative impact on Dutch. Is it acceptable? Where is the limit for tolerance?
