Opis:: The aim of this study was to examine the level of creativity among trainers of soft skills. Creativity is one of the key competence in the profession of trainers. 80 participants response on the Polish adaptation of Test for Creative Thinking - Drawing Production, (TCT-DP) by Klaus K. Urban & Hans G. Jellen. This study shows that psychological education and graduation of professional school for trainers coexist with high score in creativity. Gender is not related with the score in the creativity test. They also confirm results of few prior metanalisys which reveal the lack of differences in creativity between genders. These studies are an important factor in the discussion about the relevance of creating the qualification framework in the profession of trainers.

Opis:: The paper analyses the quality of teaching practice in the study programme of Preschool and Elementary Pedagogy – a Bachelor’s degree study. It focuses on the description of the teacher trainer. Its ambition is to characterize effects of the teacher trainer during teaching practice and to analyze tendentiousness of such effects. It highlights positive and negative moments of the teacher trainer’s effects during teaching practice.

Opis:: The material presents issues related to using virtual simulator technology to design and implement various types of vehicle training stimulator-simulators. The needs were discussed for computer-assisted training using virtual simulation. Benefits of using virtual simulation technology were pointed out. The properties of a selected virtual simulation environment, as VBS3 [8] [13] is, were presented. Examples of three different vehicle-training simulators were presented: a medium-sized State Fire Service combat vehicle, and a railed as well as a wheeled LAV Rosomak armoured vehicle. Each of the trainers was built in order to carry out the training. The State Fire Service vehicle is used to study decision-making by the driver while driving to the place of action. The LAV Rosomak is used to train the use of weapons systems fitted in the vehicle by the commander as well as actions taken. The rail vehicle simulator is designed to train operators of these types of vehicles and to train for proper response to signals and situations within the area of the track. Examples of dedicated virtual objects were presented. At the end, exemplary training stimulator-simulators are presented using the technology of virtual simulators.

Opis:: In the last three decades there has been an increasing interest in the study of the interaction between the author and the reader in written texts. In this paper, we propose to focus on the analysis of the authorial presence in the internship reports. To this end, we analysed a corpus of L1 French students’ internship reports. The occurrences of JE, NOUS and ON allowed us to establish a list of different functions of these pronouns by observing how trainee-writers are using these three pronouns. These observations enabled us to put forward certain hypotheses concerning training of the future language teachers.

Opis:: In this paper, we analyse the awareness and self-awareness of future trainers of French as a foreign language in teaching intercultural competence. To do so, we study extracts of students’ books created by MA students, where intercultural competence is developed. We realise that future master’s students are generally aware of the need for intercultural mediation, however some of them focus on descriptive aspects of their culture rather than adopting a mediator’s posture. In fact, they tend to describe and explain a cultural phenomenon rather than encouraging its interpretation and understanding

Opis:: Głównym powodem stosowania symulatorów i trenażerów w procesie szkolenia wojsk jest potrzeba obniżenia kosztów samego szkolenia i zmniejszenia zużycia sprzętu bojowego. Należy jednak pamiętać, że sam proces szkolenia, jak również urządzenia szkolno-treningowe, stosowane obecnie na szeroką skalę praktycznie w każdym rodzaju i na każdym poziomie szkolenia, powinny ukazywać dynamikę i charakter symulowanych zjawisk oraz stwarzać warunki do spełnienia wymagań współczesnych działań na morzu. W artykule przedstawiono demonstrator technologii trenażera zestawu artyleryjsko-rakietowego ZU-23-2MR Wróbel II. Uzyskana zdatność trenażera do odtworzenia warunków bojowych oraz jego cechy funkcjonalne stwarzają możliwości do prowadzenia badań w zakresie projektowania i budowy trenażerów, jak również organizacji procesu szkolenia celowniczych i operatorów morskich zestawów rakietowych i artyleryjskich.
The main reason for using trainers and simulators in the process of training troops is the necessity to decrease training expenditures and wear out of combat equipment. However, it is important to remember that the process of training as well as training facilities, currently used on a large scale and at every level of training, should reflect the dynamics and nature of the simulated phenomena and should create conditions necessary to meet the requirements in the modern theatre of naval operations. The article presents a set of missile-gun ZU-23-2MR Wróbel II trainer. The capability of the trainer to recreate combat conditions as well as its functional properties makes it possible to carry out research on developing trainers and on organizing training processes of crews of the gun-missile sets.

Tytuł:: Personality traits of a trainer and his methodology of training work

Opis:: Celem pracy było przeprowadzenie badań empirycznych, które miały służyć sprawdzeniu zależności między cechami osobowościowymi trenera a stosowanymi przez niego metodami szkoleniowymi oraz podejściem do uczestników. Badaną grupą byli trenerzy, 50 osób; dobór próby – losowy.Wykorzystano Inwentarz Osobowości Paula T. Costy i Roberta McCrae’a oraz autorskie kwestionariusze: ankiety – MAP-PSE (Metody aktywizujące i podające – podejście sztywne i elastyczne) i wywiadu – OPT (Ogólne ujęcie pracy trenera). Analiza otrzymanych wyników, a także ich interpretacja pozwoliły na stwierdzenie, iż cechy osobowościowe w niskim stopniu warunkują sposób prowadzenia szkolenia. Wobec tego nie tylko czynniki wewnętrzne, ale również zewnętrzne, często niezależne od trenerów, determinują to, co będzie się działo podczas sesji szkoleniowej.Praca składa się z pięciu rozdziałów. Wykorzystano w niej zarówno polską, jak i anglojęzyczną literaturę.
The purpose of this thesis was to conduct empirical research in order to check the dependence between personality traits of coaches and their training methods and also attitude to participants. The study group consisted of fifty people who were all trainers. Sampling was random.The Personality Inventory of Paul T. Costa and Robert McCrae and author’s questionnaires were used as follows: survey – MAP-PSE (Activating methods and expository – rigid and flexible approach) and enquiry – OPT (General recognition of a trainer’s work). Analysis of the results and their interpretation led to conclusion that personality traits affect the style of training in a low level. Therefore, both the external and internal factors, which are often independent of the trainers, determine what will happen during a training session.This thesis consists of five chapters. Both Polish and English literature was used.

Pressure in sport as a tool for motivating players

Opis:: Niniejsza praca podejmuje problematykę dotyczącą występowania motywacji, przy jednoczesnym pojawianiu się presji (stresu). Badania prowadzone były w celu uzyskania odpowiedzi na temat motywowania zawodników przez trenerów przy jednoczesnym występowaniu presji. Przechodząc przez przegląd badań nad motywacją i presją, zawiera szeroki zakres informacji na temat tych zjawisk i stara się je wyjaśnić. Podaje przykłady odnośnie obszarów i momentów, w których człowiek może spotkać opisywane zjawiska. Dotyka problemu indywidualnych reakcji zawodników na występowanie presji oraz podaje cechy psychologiczne, jakimi powinien odznaczać się zawodowy sportowiec, by osiągnąć sukces.
The Bachelor's thesis presents issues connected with the occurance of motivation with simultaneous appearance of pressure (stress). The research was conducted in order to get the answers about the motivating players by the trainers during the appearance of pressure. Going through the research on motivation and pressure - Bachelor's thesis contains a wide range of information on these phenomena and tries to explain them. It gives examples about the moments and areas in which people can meet described casusy. It touches the problem of individual reactions of the players connected with the occurance of pressure and presents the psychological characteristics that professional athlete should have to reach a success.

Based on the available salary reports (Sedlak & Sedlak, Hays), salaries of training specialists in 2013–2018 were also analyzed.
