Opis:
Background. The aim of the study was to establish the attitudes and knowledge of sports coaches with reference to doping and anti-doping policies. Material and methods. The study included 100 coaches representing 11 disciplines. They filled in an anonymous questionnaire assessing their knowledge of and attitudes toward doping. Results. The coaches’ overall anti-doping attitude is positive and quite strong (M = 4.55, SD = 0.65). The strongest partial attitude was toward sanctions for breaking anti-doping rules (M = 5.35, SD = 0.91), the weakest – toward the possibility of succeeding without doping (M = 3.92, SD = 1.35). In the three categories of knowledge items, the percentage of correct responses were similar: 54.17% for athletes’ rights and duties, 53.57% for doping control procedures, and 53.33% for banned performance-enhancing drugs. The main sources of information for coaches were the Internet and television. Conclusions. The anti-doping attitudes of coaches are positive but it seems necessary to increase their knowledge, especially with planned educational programs.

Tematem pracy jest produkt jako element marketingu mix trenera personalnego. Cel autora to odpowiedź na pytanie, co stanowi ofertę najbardziej popularnych trenerów w świecie Internetu oraz porównanie struktury produktów przez nich oferowanych. W pracy zastosowano metodę wielokrotnego studium przypadku, analizując 9 trenerów z 4 krajów. Kryterium doboru trenerów w badaniu była największa popularność na Facebooku i Youtube. Głównym problemem w zwiększaniu zakresu aktywności przez pojedynczego trenera jest ograniczenie czasowe związane z koniecznością indywidualnego, bezpośredniego kontaktu z ograniczoną liczbą klientów jednorazowo. Trenerzy, których produkty są przedmiotem badania znieśli tę barierę, wykorzystując Internet. We wszystkich przypadkach to właśnie Internet stał się głównym kanałem komunikacji z fanami. Bezpłatny kontent umieszczany w kanałach społecznościowych jest fundamentem marketingowym, do którego dołączane są dodatkowe (płatne i bezpłatne) elementy ich oferty.

W związku z tym przeprowadzono badania dotyczące aktywności fizycznej zawodników w klubie „Orzeł” Myślenice, oraz przeprowadzono badania nad wsparciem i pomocą jaką udziela sztab szkoleniowy aby tę aktywność propagować i rozwijać. Ukazane zostały wady i zalety obecnej działalności sztabu szkoleniowego. Przedstawione zostało również jak sztab szkoleniowy wpływa na rozwój poza sportowy młodzieży.
The aim is to show the impact that coaching staff brings in creating the image of a sports club. Today, in addition to good infrastructure and provide opportunities for the youth movement, what matters is the quality of training. Therefore, in this thesis was carried out studies on the physical activity of players at the club "Eagle" Myślenice, and conducted research on the support and help they provide coaching staff to make this activity promoted and developed. Shown are the advantages and disadvantages of the current activities of the coaching staff. Is presented as the coaching staff also affects the development of youth sports outside.

Stress is an inseparable part of our lives. This negative feeling has accompanied people ever since. Fast pace of life, industrial civilisation, high density of population and rat race make stress and burnout part and parcel of professional life. This thesis describes profession of a coach as a kind of job that is particularly susceptible to the influence of the aforementioned phenomena. The group of coaches, with the experience of 4-20 in their job and with different coach specializations is under analysis. This particular choice of the group makes better understanding of the problem and valid presentation of specific working conditions possible.
Stres jest nieodłącznym elementem życia każdego człowieka, negatywnym odczuciem, które towarzyszy mu od zawsze. Szybkie tempo życia, cywilizacja przemysłowa, duża gęstość zaludnienia oraz wzajemna rywalizacja sprawiają, że stres oraz wypalenie staje się normą - zwłaszcza w pracy zawodowej. Niniejsza praca magisterska charakteryzuje zawód Trenera jako profesję ciągle narażoną na omawiane zjawiska. Badaniami zostali objęci Trenerzy pracujący w zawodzie od 4 - 20 lat oraz posiadający różnorodną specjalizację trenerską co umożliwiło rzetelne poznanie i zaprezentowanie dość specyficznych warunków pracy w tej profesji.

Opis:
Chapter from the point of view of the theory and practice of research discusses the direction of the impact of the interview to assess a candidate which applies for the post of coach- trainer. Recruitment employee in every company looks different , but in many cases combine the two stages: assessment of a candidate on the basis of submitted application documents and, after positive verification of compliance with the required competence profile for a given position , evaluation of the results of the interview. The primary objective of the study was to verify whether the candidates who were assessed low in the first stage, but admitted to the next stage have a chance to obtain high ratings during the interview. This was achieved thanks to a query literature and analysis of the results diagnostic survey .
